How long does it take for DWP to send PIP2 form (How the disability affects you)? I sent my 1st form to them on 06/02/15. I've rang the DWP 5 times so far! and not getting anywhere.

What are they saying is the reason for the delay? I would expect a PIP2 to be issued within 10 working days as a maximum.
