You're entitled to provide up to date information up to and including the date of any face to face assessment you might have.

If you can, try and keep it to one update, you need to send a copy to Maximus, I would suggest contacting for an address

You should also consider sending a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker and finally take a copy to any assessment and ask the assessor to read it and include it in your file before proceeding with the assessment.

I am afraid that there are still considerable delays in the ESA assessment process, whilst it is now rare, we do still hear of claimants who have waited a year for an assessment to be booked. As I understand it they are operating a first in first out approach to dealing with claims, so it may still be some time before you hear.
