Hi K68,
Welcome to Benefits and Work
You should make it clear that you are reporting a Change of Circumstances (C of C) regarding your medical conditions and resulting limitations. and that you are requesting a review/supersession of your current WRAG Award, to gain access to The SG..
Draw attention to any supporting evidence that you may be supplying copy of, and try and tie this in to the relevant Support Group (SG) descriptor/s that you feel that you qualify under.
Remember, to qualify for The SG you have to fulfil at least one of : The Functional SG (LCWRA)Schedule 3 Descriptors
If you cannot fulfil at least one of those, you can also qualify for The SG via : ESA Reg 35 for entry to The SG (LCWRA)
See also : Qualifying for the Support Group
From our : ESA FAQ’s and our : ESA Claims Guides 3rd and 4th links down the page.
With regards to posting your C of C, see : Sending Documents to the DWP.
It is highly likely that once The DWP receive your C of C they will send you a fresh ESA50 out, and you may or may not have to undergo a "medical", dependent on the strength of the evidence that you provide.
Please keep us updated, and post any further queries that you may have to this topic.
