hi,
I just wanted to let you know that after my medical they accepted that my condition affects me ( i have Spinabifida) but said i would be ok if i got a wheelchair !!. i really didnt think could turn that around but i argued that for me to go into a wheelchair would make me more disabled and hamper my independence, also what little muscle i have would waste and i might end up not being able to walk at all. Just thought this might help other people as i nearly never appealed because i thought i wouldnt stand a chance, its was just that i knew i would be so angry with myself if i didnt try and the tribunal judge and doctor agreed with me. Keep up the good work.
