Many ESA assessments have been deferred due to delays in the assessment process, however, the only way you will know for certain will be if you contact the DWP that deals with your claim and ask, this will not trigger an assessment,

You should treat each re-assessment as if it was a new claim, complete the claim form in detail and provide whatever evidence you have available or can source.
