I have had a quick search, and even though ATOS confirm that :
"All PIP consultation centres are accessible with ground floor accommodation available for those that need it." I cannot find any information regarding disabled toilet facilities.
You could contact ATOS yourself, or wait until you are given an appointment (that being the case) then contact them for the information.
