Has anyone had their decision overturned following a MR?
My husband and GP have compiled new and clearer evidence to send to DWP. Your site has been really helpful.
My assessment was rushed and the computer system was down which meant the HP knew nothing about me.
I scored only 2 points which is shameful but on reflection my husband thinks our evidence and my assessment did not give a full picture of how things are.
He's just about to send off the evidence and has told DWP to wait until they get it before looking at my claim again. We are well within the time limit.
Any news from members would be good.

It does happen, but not very often, it usually requires the claimant to show that there are fundamental problems with the information in the assessment report or that the assessor has fundamentally misunderstood their conditions and the impact that they would have on their daily activities.
