finely my wife has got enhanced rate of PIP Care after taking it all the way to tribunal which all started in April last year. She is very pleased & so am I as her disabled hubby. all she wants to know now is how long before payments start. Time will tell

Congratulations on getting the original Decision overturned.
It usually takes the DWP 6-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result and put a benefit into payment, you may be able to take a week off of this by faxing through a copy of the Decision Notice.
