Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Have you been assessed and placed into a group?

If you have not and are still in the the Assessment phase then you need to continue to supply Fit Notes until you are assessed and a Decision is made on your claim. If you are placed in a group then you will at the least receive back payments of the WRAG rate for the first year of your claim (minus the first 13 weeks). If you are placed in the Support Group , then you will receive back payments from week 14 of your claim to the date of the Decision and your ESA payments will be re-instated at the SG rate.

If you have been placed in a group, I assume the WRAG or your ESA would still be in payment, then you do not need to provide Fit Notes.
