Sorry to hear that you have not been awarded PIP !!
You have one month from the date of the PIP Decision Notice letter to make a formal written request for a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) of the adverse PIP Decision :
Sending Documents to the DWP.
This procedure is described in the information from the links below :

Mandatory Reconsiderations Explained
Disability Rights UK Factsheet - Appeals and Mandatory Reconsiderations.
As a separate issue you could ring the PIP Helpline ASAP, and request a copy of The PIP Assessor's Medical Report :
Telephone: 0345 850 3322
Textphone: 0345 601 6677
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
Do not miss your one month deadline to put your MR request in if copy of the PIP Assessment Report has not arrived.
If you have any problem obtaining copy of the PIP report, you can back up your verbal request in writing.
