Changes To The Support Group was created by Asbo
In one of your newsletters you suggested there may be changes to Regs 35 (exceptional circumstances rule) to get into the Support Group if not met by any other SG descriptors. I thought you said you would be doing something on it for members but I've only just renewed my membership so maybe I missed it.
I am really worried about this - I know it's all rumour and leaked documents at the moment but nearly every time these turn out to be true. I am wondering that if Osborne does announce such a change, do MPs still have to vote on the changes to bring it about?
Thanks

Hi A,
If you look at the titles of the links to our ESA Claims Guides 3rd and 4th links down : This Page.
You will see that " Updated 12 June 2015 (Additions to section on 'Should you be in the support group because of substantial risk?)" has been added to the links titles.
So they have been updated to reflect ESA Reg 35 information.
Regarding the Budget, speculation before the event is pointless, see This Topic.

But regardless of what changes they make - do they still have to be voted on to pass them by all the elected MPs?

It depends on the change, some will, some will certainly will not.
Let's see what tomorrow brings
