filling in pip form was created by tony

filling in my pip form is it worth mentioning that I had DLA at the higher rate for both care and mobility and if so where would I mentioning it on the PIP FORM ???

There is no harm in you doing so although I would expect those assessing your claim will be aware of this already, you could include it in the Other Information section.
