I'm sorry to hear your claim was unsuccessful

You can make a new claim for PIP there is no waiting time.

There are very limited options for challenging the Tribunals Decision, you cannot do so because you disagree with the Decision, only because you believe there has been an Error of Law? .

The first stage to an appeal is to request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings from the Judge
