PIP2(PI) form was created by carmind
A client has just received a PIP2(PI) form which is an "award review form", asking if there have been any changes to the Daily Living and Mobility descriptors. I have never seen one of these before and other clients being reviewed have been sent a full questionnaire to complete.
Is this a change of policy by the DWP?

I haven't of this before and a search for the form has not found it ir any references to it.
Does you client have a permanent or deteriorating condition, I am wondering if it has been issued because they only expect their limitations to get worse.
I'll ask the office if they have heard of this form and post later.
