If I claim Carers Credit, 20 hours per week. am I at risk of losing my ESA ? ( I am claiming I/R ESA, wrag. Also DLA low rate care, indefinite rate. ( I am awaiting the PIP claim form in due course for our area ).Many Thanks. J.

As we have posted many, many times before there is no advantage to your claiming the Carers Credit.

You are already receiving NI Credits through your ESA claim and the Carers Credit does not exempt you from Work Related Activity.
