Hi all, I really do need help with getting my evidence together I don t no where to start, I had my assement which I felt I couldn't get my point across, and I can't believe why I got pip and now they took it of me when I my illness is on going.

Welcome to Benefits and Work :)

Your first step is to make a written request for a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) of the adverse PIP decision with one month of the the date of the PIP Decision Notice letter :

Sending Documents to the DWP, ATOS, Capita or Maximus.
