Have there been any further decisions over this issue?
I'm representing people in 3 appeals in the next week which will involve this component and I must admit I'm feeling a bit lonely!!

Not as far as I know, whilst it is not impossible for more UTT Decision on this matter to be made, my guess is that any further UTT Decision will be forwarded to a three Judge panel for a definitive Decision, but this would take months, if not longer to result in something published.
We did have someone win at Tribunal last week, using the original guidance in the PIP Appeal guide and we have had several before this, so the argument is being recognised by First Tier panels.
