Applied for PIP for my husband at beginning of June, he had his assessment medical at the end of June but Capita haven't sent their report to the DWP yet. I have rang them this afternoon and apparently the report has gone to be investigated. Can anyone tell me what this means?

A percentage of PIP Assessment Reports are chosen for quality audit.
One can only surmise that your husband's report is one of these.
