Urgent help needed

Got my call on Monday from a manager she said she can't understand why I got another form that there doing a pilot and it's just sending forms out and not to fill out I asked her about my on going claim she said that it had not been sent to a case worker and she would send to someone to look at I asked how long it would take she said if I ant heard anything in 4 weeks to call back had my Heath assesment 15 th July I keep you up dated with the outcome
