HI
Does anyone know if the Locum GP can fill in DLA form?
My GP's did not fill in DLA form last time and there are other doctors
working at the surgery including Locum!
When i go to surgery i always ask to see the Locum because i can talk
to him but he says he is not allowed to fill in DLA form!
Do any one know if this is true?

There are numerous reasons why this locum cannot or will not fill out your DLA form, the bottom line is that it appears that they will not do it and you need to think about how you update one of the other doctors at the surgery to enable them to do it.
