Yes
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi all update
Recived letters today
Old PIp - was refused at upper tribunal and my form it was not filled in great detail etc etc so I won't go in to a lot of detail about my old pip (1st claim with out b n w)
But after all that hassel etc my wife found b n w for help and advice
New pip (2 nd claim ) with full details and detailed information regarding my conditions and medical reports etc - my wife found b n w and signed us up etc so after following your guides and support
I got accepted for a home assessment after your help and advice could not of done that with out your help on that one or with the guise on filling the form the correct way
And evidence that I didn't realise that could count as evidence
My letter says from PIP
We are pleased to be able to grant your request for a home consultation we will be in touch with you again soon as we have an appointment available
thank you for contacting us and your Patiencr while we Considered the evidence supporting your claim
Atos health care
Again thank you to b n w in helping me to get the home visit
Regards Bazzel
