Bazzel wrote: I recived a letter today from ESA

It says my entitlement to Income-related Is 114.85 per week up to 14 weeks

Does this mean I'm in the Income-related ESA

?

Then I wait for my medical

Regards bazzel

It does but based on your previous posts I have no idea why, it implies that you have not had a Tribunal hearing yet, but you say that you have.

Hey Gordon thank you for confirming that

The only one at tribunal is pip which was dismissed then reopens due to state meant of reason still waiting for the reply

And ESA is a completely new claim never claimed before for ESA

OK that makes more sense :)

The first 13 weeks of an ESA claim is at the Assessment rate which is currently £114.85 a week for a couple with at least one of you over the age of 25.

Hi Gordon and bro , I'm wondering if ur great advice can help me with this

When do I send of my ESA medical evidence ? Do I have to wait for them to tell me when to send it ? Or wait about a ESA question air form ?

Because if i can send it all now it would be great

Also I know ESA is 7 days waiting is the first payment 1 week or 2 weeks ?

Regards bazzel

You would attach it to your ESA50 and send the lot back to Maximus, there will be a return address in the letter that accompanies the form.

Your first payment will depend on how quickly it is processed, ESA is paid two weekly in arrears.
