Is there a link that will explain the full impact of the budget on those on benefits. It's been a few months now so we should have a better picture

I don't think that have been any significant changes from when the announcements were originally made, none of the enabling legislation that would be required for some of the changes has so far been presented to parliament (as far as I am aware), so much of the fine detail is still not available.
