It doesn't surprise me to hear the many claimants comments in this forum about how the dreaded 'Brown Envelope' has such an effect on their lives.
I also dread the delivery of this communication from the DWP which invariably is bad news.....
Good luck to the minority of claimants who have successfully quite rightly received what benefits they were entitled too, and a thanks to Benefits at Work for the continued help and support you give to our problems.
