can i appeal tribunal was created by sheedy1963
hi, went to a tribunal on Tuesday with evidence letters from a consultant occupation physician and my consultant psychiatrist. I was 1 point away from care component and 4 points for mobility but still voted in favour of the nurse that done the assessment and the D W P
. can I still appeal this .

Only if you can that there has been an Error of Law in the making in the making of the Decision, not because you disagree with it. The first stage is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge. See

You can make a new claim for PIP immediately, there is no waiting period.
