Asking for it to be looked at again

Hi everyone, my partner has applied for PIP for the second time and she was refused yet again, she suffers from severe depression and bipolar 2 , borderline personality disorder and a few other health issues one of them she is currently getting a operation fro a cornea transplant. I really think these assessors have no clue how mental health effect people on a day to day even hour to hour basis, all the preparation we have to do to get her in a stable mind frame to go to these assessments do nothing but work against her as she seems *stable* for the appointment, they dont see the fall out later in the day, the result of the recent one seems to think she is merely mildly depressed and capable of looking after herself. seems all his psychiatrist and counsellor are completely wrong then! So i am writing a long winded letter covering all the points we disagree with Her psychiatrist gave us a letter when we first applied but they obviously have not taken of it into account and he is currently away so getting another letter is not possible. Does anyone have any tips of what i should put in my letter ( i am her partner and carea ) and if they say no again, as there is no way she would cope with taking it further can we just reapply once again or is there a limit ? wish i had found this site before i filled in the form :

Hi Sarah and welcome to the forum. This link will help you find your way around the site.

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You need to look at where you believe your partner should have scored points and provide evidence to back this up (or point to evidence you have already provided).

The points and requesting Mandatory Reconsideration are covered in our PIP guide.
