ESA reassessment claim form

Hello there,

Please could you advise, when I am sent a reassessment claim form will it be the new version which is 56/7 pages?

I guess I'm hoping there might be a shorter version if you've already made a claim, my last one was much less at 21 pages.

I am in the support group.

Hi ham,

There is only one version of the ESA50 form and you will be sent this when you are reassessed. You should treat this as if it were a completely new claim, do not assume that DWP know anything about you.

You can use the pdf version of the form and get a head start if you wish.
