Hi, I am just in the process of filling in my application for PIP and last week I listed down my conditions and disabilities.

I have now just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and wondered whether it`s ok to add this to my other conditions?, for although I have had difficulties from it in the past I have not had it for the 3 months officially.

Even if you have only "contracted" the Diabetes within the last three months, which from your post seems unlikely, you should still mention it on the form.
