example PIP2 Form was created by heartandmind
Hi there,
I am feeling very anxious today, so I am not sure if it's because of this, but I can't seem to save the PIP2 form in such a way that I can write on it online. If I am unable to fill it in online can I save it, and than copy and past it on a word document?
If anyone could explain it as simply as possible I would really appreciate it as my anxiety is making it impossible for me to take in anything too much from the info and advise pages that is on this site.
Thank you,
Heart and mind

Hi HaM,
I'm afraid that the DWP have not made a pdf version of the PIP2 form available. Indeed, every PIP2 form will have a unique barcode identifying the claimant, so it is imperative that this is the form you return.
If you are not able to fill in such a form you can produce all your answers as additional sheets on the computer. If you do this you should take care to ensure that it is clear what each portion of script relates to. For instance, by writing 'see additional sheet 3' in the text box on the form and then typing 'Q 7', or whatever, at the start of the information.
You should put your name, DOB and NI number at the top of each additional page and then, at the bottom, number them '1 of 14' etc.
edit - you might find this helpful, it answers a similar question
