hi if you don't hear from maximus regarding an assessment date by the time your 13 week assessment phase is up can you ring them and give them new dates that you cannot attend. for example my daughter will be doing a block of hydrotherapy everyday for 3 weeks at the beginning of january 2016 so wouldn't be able to attend during that period. i just don't want to waste that 1 option to change appointment. my daughters assessment phase finishes beginning of december so not sure whether to inform them now of those dates or closer to time.

how much notice do maximus give you when they make an appointment?

Hi
According to our guide it is most likely someone will ring to make the appointment and so you could get a choice of times.
If you do not hear within the 13 weeks then you could certainly try ringing them and telling them of your daughters unavailability. It shows you are trying to be helpful at the very least :)
