PIP Doctor's Medical Form Question!

There's no harm in your including the reports, but to be effective they need to address the assessment criteria.

Could I possibly ask, since everyone's been so helpful truly, do you know how much medical evidence/specialist reports I should include with my form? I mean is it a case of the more the merrier or a select few or is there a set number which is the minimum/maximum or?

The simple answer is that there is no right or wrong number. One of the key things to look at is how you present your information to the assessor and the Decision Maker, a well indexed and cross related documents of 200 pages can be just as effective as one with only a few but key documents.

What I would say is that including documents that don't really advance your claim is a bad idea as they tend to dilute the message you are trying to present.

I'm afraid the likelihood is that they will not contact the GP or any other HCP as part of the assessment.
