Help no point on pip they have lied

Hi can some one help mum pip has be trun down she got
No point at all they have lied mum has fibro depression asmtha and osteoarthrits in her hips knees plantar facilities we have to make her get a bath dressed eat drink go out do not leave her with her meds so shebdose not take a over dose what can we do pls phone them to appeal

I'm sorry to hear that your Mum's PIP claim has been refused

At this stage you can request a Mandatory Reconsideration and/or make a new claim. Obviously, if you were to make a new claim you would have to feel that there was something you can do to improve your chances next time.

You can submit a request for MR by phone if you wish but we do recommend that you follow this up in writing. You can then progress to a formal appeal if the MR does not go in your favour.
