It just shows how one written word can change the context of what one has written.
To be honest, I wasn't even aware that I had written "generally" !!

It was the word 'generally' that you inserted. 'Generally', can choose the room the medical takes place in, which to me indicated that the assessor had the right to ask for it to take place in another room.. sorry for the confusion.
