I have had my PIP re-assessed this summer and maintained my daily standard rate but had my enhanced mobility reduced to zero. MR has upheld the decision and my motability car is being picked up in a couple of weeks. i am submitting my appeal form tomorrow after using the really helpful guides on here. I have to make a decision about what to do about a car in the meantime. i think hiring is going to be the short term solution. What I want to know is how long does the appeal process take? How many weeks from submitting the appeal, to attending tribunal and then having decision processed by DWP?

There's no definitive answer to this, most PIP appeals are taking about 2-3 months but it could be much longer, the DWP usually take 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result.
