Here. You could try and gain a letter of support from your G.P. or other treating HCP !
Failing that you could make a request for your G.P. records at your G.P. Reception, or copies of any tests, X-rays, etc, etc that you have had at any Hospitals that you have stayed in or visited as an Outpatient.
