Blue Badge

I have been awarded a Blue Badge, since being awarded I have moved house to a different council area. Do I need to inform original council of change of address, or do I have to reapply to the council which serves my new address?

I didn't bother.
I just applied for a new badge from the new council when the badge ran out.
