Permitted work was created by Lawson
Hello Guys

Could you please help me advise a close relative:

1) If in support group and was looking to try to do some limited permitted work would that initiate a review of ESA and PIP awards (they have just sent form to transfer from higher rate awards both DLA components indefinite award so they are hoping for PIP award)?

2) If ESA support group benefit stops and he feels that he may be able to do some limited part time work would that also be something that could jeopardise his PIP albeit it is still an in-work benefit also? He did work for a considerable time (around 7 years full time) whilst in receipt of the higher rate DLA awards-both components (initially lifetime but wording changed to indefinite some years ago).

Sorry to bother you again but this advice would be very helpful. Thanks for your assistance Lawson

Doing anything workwise would be a change of circumstance and if reported would trigger a review.
This could mean being reassessed depending on all the evidence etc submitted.
