PIP medical notes? was created by gaz111
Hello everyone
Does anyone know if I am allowed to take a photocopy of my PIP application or notes to my PIP medical?
It would help me with some of the questions. I'm not very good at explaining myself and remembering things and I have various mental health conditions so having information I've pre prepared to refer to in the medical will help me to explain to the assessor more fully as I'm scared I'll go blank or not explain fully then end up not receiving what I should.
I'm ok with the form as I can take my time but in a face to face assessment I may not cope great and end up losing out.
Thanks
Gareth

It should not be a problem, but you should be prepared to explain why you need the copies if asked.
