Hi I am an appointee for an applicant who now needs to apply for PIP's from DLA. We have the forms. My question is as an appointee do I complete the forms as though the answers are from the applicant for from myself as appointee. I am confused! Any advise would be welcome.

Hi Melro and welcome to Benefits and Work. On the assumption that you are new to the site, as well as the forum, this link should help you find your way around.

Welcome to Benefits and Work

As you are an official appointee, in your position I would fill out the forms in the 3rd person (Jim cannot do such and such) rather than as if 'Jim' were speaking in person. At the end of the form is a section where you can explain why you did this.
