Change of address.

I have a question on behalf of a friend.

Would updating an address trigger the DLA to PIP migration?

If you mean moving from one place of abode to another this constitutes a change of circumstances and could lead to an invitation to claim PIP.

On the other hand just a change of address might just be acknowledged without any further action being taken at this time. Obviously an invitation will arrive in the fullness of time anyway.
