The ESA50 is split into two halves, questions 1-10 relate to physical activities and 11-17 to issues with mental health.
It is possible to qualify for the Support Group due a mental health problem, it is not points based, you need to meet one or more of the SG criteria for this. See the ESA Claim guides for more information.
