Sea appeal

I am appealing an ESA decision ...
Can I go back onto sea until my appeal is heard?
Anyone know please?

Unfortunately you cannot get ESA while awaiting your appeal.

I think the last advice was that you have to claim jobseekers even though you may not be fit to work.

To clarify Foss's reply -

You cannot claim ESA whilst the Mandatory Reconsideration is taking place. However, once the Tribunal Service has accepted your formal appeal submission, you can reclaim ESA as long as you have 'fitnotes' to cover the period.
