The answer to your query is not definitive.

We have heard from quite a few members where they have been able to request and obtain a copy of their PIP PA4 Medical Report before receiving a decision from the DM, and from a few where they have been refused a copy until after a decision has been made.

It would certainly do no harm to try requesting it now, they can only refuse.

You can do so by ringing the PIP Helpline :

Textphone: 0345 601 6677

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Of course, if you have problems obtaining a copy with a verbal request, you can always make a written request.

Hi, I gave them a phone call 3 days after my Assessment and requested copies of the HCP's report. I received these 1 week later. Hope this helps.

Can anyone supply the address for Atos to follow up telephone request in the matter?

Problem is that the dedicated office will not even acknowledge or respond (for several months) to recorded delivery letters seeking clarifications regarding the evidence accompanying the PIP form.

Looks like having to approach MP, once again regarding the DWP.
