Yes it is! The ESA(CB) is always paid if preference if the claimant qualifies but you can also receive an ESA(IR) top-up, technically you are eligible for an Income Related ESA top-up as you are eligible for the Enhanced Disability Premium, so you would lose the £2.75 Transitional Payment but receive and ESA(IR) payment of £15.75.
The payment of any ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
