Universal Credit in February

Hi there,
I read in a local council magazine that Universal credit will be happening in February 2016. This is the first i've heard of it and i'm as far away from London as you can get.
There's been no letters handed out to warn us about it.
Is there anywhere on this forum to help with advising about this?
I'm in ESA support and high rate DLA.

Hi HHNF,

UC has been moving along at a snails pace.

At present, only "simple" claims are being taken up by UC.

Complex claims such as people currently in receipt of ESA, DLA/PIP etc will not come under the UC umbrella for some time.

So, in the mid-term, I wouldn't worry !

I am sure !

God does not need any input with UC, although it seems that IDS could do with some divine intervention !

Just have a look around the internet.
