which pip claim form ? was created by weymouth321

I have the older edition of The Best Possible PIP claims on Physical Heath, mental health and learning difficulties grounds. Version 12th April 2013. Which is excellent, very detailed and informative. Do I need the latest edition printed earlier this year ? Many Thanks, J.
