I am wondering how long it will take ATOS in the London area to organise a face to face assessment once they receive the PIP2 form? I remember reading that there were delays. Is this still the case?
My letter mentions that they should take no more than 16 weeks to process a claim, but that is more a commitment to do so. It doesn't necessarily mean they will take that long.

Thank you.
Assessment delays for PIP seem to have been pretty much eliminated across the whole country, most members are getting an appointment in about 2-3 weeks.
