Assessment

Hi,i'm currently filling out the forms to claim PIP,at the moment i get ESA and was recently after an ATOS meeting put in the support group.
It was several years ago that i had an assessment to claim ESA but the PIP assessment sounds to be the same sort of thing,would you agree?
The last meeting with ATOS was just a talk.

Yes, PIP - like ESA - is points based so there is certainly a similarity in assessment. Like ESA, PIP claimants should not expect to undergo a 'medical' examination if they have to attend a face2face assessment.
