Hi, I have my PIP assessment tomorrow and am wondering if I should take a copy of my PIP application with me so that I do not lose track of my numerous conditions/medication etc. I have a habit of my mind going blank and under pressure it will get worse. Will it go against me if I take it in and refer to it?

You can but you must explain to the assessor at the start of the interview why you are going to refer to the form and you should only do so if you really need to.

I went for the assessment this morning, but didn't take my application form to it. It was OK in the end as the assessor went through all the conditions anyway from her list. Although she did try to skim over a couple of them, but I knew from this website that I should speak up and offer further information. Just got to wait now...
