PIP 1 Form.

Hi. I have serious problems on speaking on phone. I have just got DLA to PIP letter asking me to ring number for claim to start.

I would like to request a paper form to complete, then I can fill,it in with my support worker, can I write to dept to request one?

How long will it take to get to me?

Its impossible to say how long in each individual case.

You should write back immediately saying you want to be dealt with by post and asking for a form to be sent.
